Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp psyllium husk
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 cups lukewarm water
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Line an 8½ x 4½ inch bread tin with parchment paper.
- Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- Place the mixture in the bread tin and allow it to sit for two hours.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, take the loaf out of the bread tin and bake for another 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before eating.
