The Easiest Gluten-Free Seed Bread Recipe You'll Ever Try!

Homemade bread doesn’t have to be complicated to be wholesome!

This gluten-free seed bread is made with simple pantry ingredients like oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, and pumpkin seeds to create a hearty loaf packed with texture and nourishing goodness.

With its rustic appearance and crunchy yet soft interior from the mixed seeds, this bread is perfect for everything from morning toast to savory sandwiches. It’s naturally gluten-free, easy to prepare, and requires no yeast or kneading. Just mix the ingredients, let the mixture rest, and bake!

Every slice is filled with rich, nutty flavor and satisfying texture, making it a wonderful option for anyone looking for a more wholesome homemade bread recipe. Whether enjoyed fresh with butter, topped with avocado, or toasted alongside soup, this gluten-free seed bread is simple comfort food at its best.

Just a note! Oats are naturally gluten-free; however, due to cross-contamination with wheat, barley, or rye during harvesting and processing, the average oatmeal product on shop shelves is not 100% gluten-free. You could always opt for oats specifically labeled "Certified Gluten-Free."
